If you have a small-holding or a private orchard you may have dreamed of producing your own freshly bottled organic apple juice. Juicing apples with a hand-operated press can certainly be enjoyable but it is also labour intensive and time- consuming. If you want your juice to last for an extended period pasteurization is usually the best solution but again this can be difficult to do at home.

Moat Farm offers an affordable in-house pressing, bottling, and pasteurization service -at a cost of £1.40 +VAT per bottle.
