Caravan and Motor Home Holidays in Suffolk

Our Moat Farm campsite is a Caravan Club Certified Location for caravans, camper vans, and motor homes set within an idyllic 26-acre orchard. 

We have deliberately limited the number of pitches so each one has plenty of space and privacy. They all benefit from hard standings and electric hook-ups. 

Moat Farm campsite has a purpose-built shower, washing, and WC block.

Our rate is £20 per pitch per night inclusive of electrical hook-up.

We welcome families and well-behaved dogs but we do ask people to remember that we are working farm so there are tractors and other machinery in use, particularly during the busy harvest season.

Or ethos in the orchard is to encourage biodiversity so we have a wonderful array of wildlife - including hares, barn owls and woodpeckers. We have a number of beehives and produce our own honey and as a small flock of delightfully friendly and eccentric bantum hens. 

The campsite is situated down a private drive reached via a very quiet country lane. We are well placed for visiting some of Suffolk's many beautiful tourist attractions - including Framlingham Castle, the seaside towns and villages of Aldeburgh, Southwold, Dunwich and Walberswick.

While we are within easy reach of Suffolk's heritage coast - some of our most historic inland towns and houses, such as Bury St Edmund's Cathedral, Long Melford and Kentwell Hall, are just half an hour away. The stunning gardens at Helmingham Hall are a 10 minute drive from the farm.
